The Lazyboyz are fully professional and one of the top covers bands in New Zealand.
The Lazy Boyz are a high energy party band with two talented male lead vocalists and guitarists. The band is made up of members from highly successful bands from the 80's and 90's including The Mockers.
Venues played include The Dogs Bollix, Danny Doolans, Muddy Farmer, Vodafone Warriors members lounge, Bluestone Room, Copper Room, Bar 159 as well as corporate and private work.
The band's repertoire is made up of classic Kiwi Rock, Modern top 40, Rock, Retro, RnB, as well as classic hits. So it's a good all round mix, suitable for all venues.
We also operate an unplugged show with this line up, suitable for Sunday afternoons etc, with acoustic guitars, Mandolin, Banjo and Congas.
The Lazy Boyz also perform a tribute show as The Blues Brothers with the added skills of Saxman, Andrew Dixon

Dean was guitarist for one of NZ's Top bands of the 1980's, The Mockers. Dean is also an accomplished solo artist, and has recorded and played with some of this countries top artists and played extensively here and overseas.

Tony has been playing professionally for the last 27 years, and is widely recognized as one of Auckland's top rock Bass players. He has backed top artists such as Tom Sharplin as a member of The Cadillacs for a number of years,he has also played with The Anzacs, Mark Heke and The Ponsonby Express, The Boogiemen and numerous other top artists both here and overseas.
Drums, Vocals, Congas and percussion
Steve has been involved in Top Auckland Covers bands since the Mid 80's, including Go Figure and The Powerpoles amongst others,and has played extensively throughout the country,he has also played with Top artists such as Dave McCartney and The Pink Flamingoes, and played at the Xmas in The Park festivals over the last couple of years.

Ivan has also been involved in top covers bands including Go Figure over the last 18 years, he has played extensively throughout NZ and in Australia and is one of Auckland's most respected guitarists and vocalists.
Saxophone, Keyboards and Vocals
Andrew is an extremely talented musician, touring the country as part of The Nairobi Trio. Andrew has played extensively with top artists here in New Zealand and Overseas. While guesting occasionally with the Lazyboyz, Andrew features in the Blues Brothers Tribute Band.
